RENTAL PERIODS
MINIMUM: The least expensive rate applied to each individual item.
TWO HOUR: Any 2 hours while store is open.
HALF DAY: Any 4 hours while store is open.
DAY: Any 24 hour period 8 hours use.
OVERNIGHT: Out after 4:00 pm in by 8:00 am week day same as 4hr.rate
WEEK: 7 days/40 hours use.
MONTH: 28 days/ 160 hours use.
WE SELL TIME: We charge for all the time that equipment is out, including Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Your prompt return will save you money.
DAMAGE WAIVER
9% of the total rental will be added to cover repair cost of items damaged while in customers possession due to circumstances beyond customers control.
(Damage Waiver is not insurance. It does not cover abuse, misuse or theft of property. Damage Waiver will be applied to rentals unless a certificate of insurance is issued by your company naming Delano rental inc. as covered by your policy, for the loss, theft, or destruction of any rental equipment in your possession. Coverage must be in sufficient amount to fully cover items rented. certificate must be in our possession prior to rental.)
PICKUP & DELIVERY
We will deliver and pickup anywhere. Rates based on size of equipment and distance of delivery.
FUEL
Fuel is included in all small equipment, up to 1-1/2 gallon tanks. All fuel in larger equipment will be charge for in addition to rental rates.
STATE SALES & USE TAX
These taxes apply to all rentals. If you are a tax exempt organization, an exemption certificate must be applied prior to rental.

Deposits and I.D required on all rentals. Delano rental Inc. reserves the right to add, change, or discontinue any or all of the items in this web page at any time. We do not guarantee any item to do any particular job. All prices subject to change without notice.
